What you get

For each critical system we agree how much data you can afford to lose and how long you can be down, then build to that.

Backup exceptions are reviewed every day, so a failed job is fixed before you need it.

We test restores on a schedule, so you know your data comes back.

Backup licenses and cloud storage are priced separately from the management service, based on what you protect.
